Together through nature: Respectful - Mindful - Friendly - Considerate
These are the key words that enable harmonious coexistence on the cycle paths in the district of Pfaffenhofen. So that everyone can experience nature together, we ask you to observe the following rules of conduct:
Show consideration for agriculture/forestry and pedestrians
Please note that some of the cycle tours take place on agricultural and forestry roads. The aim is not just to avoid accidents, but to treat each other with respect. Special care must also be taken when meeting pedestrians.
Only use approved paths
Move considerately and quietly so as not to expose the forest and wild animals to unnecessary stress. The designated and signposted cycle paths offer wonderful opportunities to explore the district. Stay on the designated roads and paths and observe local road closures. Avoid tours at dusk.
Leave no trace
Litter left behind poses a danger to animal inhabitants and plant life. It is important to take responsibility and not leave waste behind in nature.
Check your bike and equipment
Brakes, air pressure, wheels, suspension and gears should be checked before every ride. It is a good idea to have light tools and repair kit with you when you are out and about. We recommend a helmet.
